Quality Control

Scaffscot have established a quality control process to ensure that all customers’ equipment is locatable and available for inspection at all stages of our processes.

All customers will be provided with a fixed price quotation (subject to quantity and condition check) and completion dates.

Our procedures follow a fully traceable five step process:

  1. On receipt your equipment stillages will be labelled, quantities checked and storage space allocated
  1. Before work commences any damaged equipment that has not been identified will be put to one side and customers will be informed to obtain confirmation that work is to proceed. If required a digital photograph can be emailed for customer’s information.
  1. Start and finish (dates and times) of all process stages will be recorded to provide customers with progress reports if required.
  1. All repairs are inspected before moving to painting
  1. Quantities will be rechecked and customer informed that equipment is ready for uplift or delivery will be arranged
